This £16 million partnership scheme for Clapham Park Homes is situated on the site of the old Arkwright House, which was demolished in 2008. A mixed use development, the scheme comprises residential units and includes new homes for local residents, ground floor commercial space, an undercroft car park and landscaped courtyard.
