Designed to significantly enhance and expand current health services, the new state of the art Gorbals Health and Care centre will house services including GP surgeries, social services, treatment rooms and community spaces.
The new building will replace the existing facility, which dates back to the 1970s, and ensure more integrated and improved health and social care provision for the local community, more fitting for today’s needs and standards.
Procured through the Hub West Scotland programme, we worked closely with our project partners to deliver a high-quality solution for the people of the Gorbals area.
Working collaboratively with the client and their team, our in-house design team solved the issue of both shading and privacy, which featured our bespoke Vertical WRC fins set within a purpose made powder coated carrier frame fitting seamlessly into the façade.
