A large extension and refurbishment project of a thirties building located in the city of London, 100m from the Bank of England. The project provides modern offices over 10 floor’s, the main feature of the work was the glass and steel extension to the top of the building shaded with Brise Soleil.
We provided screening and ventilation louvres around the plant on the new roof of the building with horizontal aerofoil panels above the louvres to screen the plant area from the adjacent buildings. On the ground floor we provided bespoke feature panel louvre grills in front of the standard louvre panels.
