We worked with our client to build a 9 unit residential development on the site of a former detached family home. Located a 10 minute walk from both Hove and Brighton Station the project is situated in a well-established residential area in Hove and enjoys views the local park.

The new build provides six 2-bed flats and one 3-bed penthouse within a four storey block, and two 3-bed houses within an attached three storey block. A hidden basement car park provides 9 spaces and secure cycle storage will provide 12 spaces.

High quality red multi-stock brick make up the majority of the facade with grey brick accents. Windows and balconies are covered by our Sliding and Fixed Western Red Cedar slatted screens for shade and privacy, featuring a Rhomboid fin profile, angled at 45° and pitched at 75mm centres and fixed vertically within our extruded aluminium frames
