Featuring our EcoLine Sliding Shutters, WALTHAM Forest gets its first “zero carbon” homes as part of this new development.
The homes feature a range of technologies to reduce CO2 emissions by 70 per cent so they reach the zero carbon standard.
It has been developed by Islington and Shoreditch Housing Association (ISHA) and PRP architects in consultation with the council.
The zero carbon standard is equivalent to level six of the Code for Sustainable Homes – the national standard for sustainable design and construction of new houses, with our shutters providing shading to achieve these standards.
